This bedding works so well for our rats. We bread rats so there are many in this. This keeps the area very fresh

there might be something wrong with this hay, my hamsters did not like it. The bedding usually had chunks of pine in it.

This is very loosely packed (not condensed) so it does not give much bedding at all. I was only able to change my large cage with this bag once. I also thought it was dusty when I put it in the cage so I dont think this would be good for the animals

THIS PRODUCT IS NOT SAFE FOR HAMSTERS! IT AND CEDAR SHAVINGS HAVE A SKYPE OF OIL THAT IS BAD FOR A HAMSTERS RESPIRATORY SYSTEM AND CAN KILL THEM. IF YOU DONT BELIEVE ME LOOK IT UP. IF YOU WANT A CHEAP WOOD BEDDING LOOK FOR ARSENAL SHAVINGS.
