Greater than one weekPurchased this stand in June 2020 for my 12.9 iPad Pro; and am generally happy with it. It is indeed stiff to move the joints; but I like that so it wont slowly sink down or move. It folds up so you can put in a drawer or bag pretty easily (even comes in a cloth bag, nice touch!).

> 3 dayMetal with good anti-skid pads and rests for your tablet. Very stiff joints, will certainly stay put. Elevates high enough, and holding device near vertical so video-conference-you isnt showing up with a camera-looking-up-your-nose kind of look. Device rest is wide & works with my iPads Apple keyboard cover folded behind, so no need to fuss with it to use the stand. Came in a nice carry bag, with spare skid feet, and a warranty code QR on a business card in case I have a problem. If only all Amazon sellers were this on it.
