Greater than one weekMy husband easily inflated this with his air hose in the garage. Only thing I can say is it is a little smaller than I thought it was, but that’s on me since I wasn’t focused on reading when I bought it lol. Also, my husband had a little bit of a time trying to close the clasp once it was full of air, but finally got it. This is actually perfect for my teen daughter who is into alligators right now.

06-11-2024Don’t waste your money. Have had this croc pool floater for about 4 weeks. It held air for about a week and then slowly started losing air. Every 3-4 days, would have to blow back up. Now, I blow it back up and two days later, almost totally deflated. Also, it didn’t do anything to deter the ducks or mallards from coming to our pool. I’m in the Southwest region and ducks migrating south from Alaska or western Canada aren’t familiar wth crocs and gators.

Greater than one weekSmallish but really realistic looking inflatable alligator was supposed to be a deterrent to the ducks that wanted to make our pool their new home. They were not scared a bit, but our yard guys got quite a scare. At least the grandkids will have fun playing with it in the pool.

> 3 dayJust a blow up pool toy, usual quality, will likely deflate and/or develop leaks. No patch kit included. Overpriced for what this is. It looks halfway real from the other end of the pool but not close up. But the birds have gone for now.

05-11-2024Blew it up and while it was sitting on a lawn chair untouched it spontaneously deflated and I purposely underinflated because it warned in the directions not to over inflate. It looked nice but was a cheap piece of junk not worth the money

> 3 dayWe were amazed at how realistic it was. Purchased it to discourage the ducks from landing in our pool. Unfortunately, there was a seam that opened on the hind left leg letting all the air out. So, being fair to the manufacturer, we purchased a second one. BTW, I had recommended the alligator to several friends who also purchased. If this one goes the way of the first, we will be very u happy. It would have been advised to have the manufacturer include a small patch kit. This is a $40 lesson to us. Well, adding to my review. The second one we ordered came with an even bigger opening on the seam so, I can’t honestly recommend this product to anyone. What a shame. A simple patch kit would have helped.
