Used about 4 weeks. Leather sueded bottom is peeling. Horrible warranty! They want the backpack shipped back so they can decide if it’s covered under warranty or normal wear and tear. JanSport shame on you! What is my kid suppose to use while you decide? So I have to buy a new backpack to use until you can tell me if you are going to cover the horrible quality of your backpack? Not okay! I should not have to replace this backpack in order for you to stand by your product! I will NEVER purchase JanSport again and I will make sure everyone knows how horrible your quality has became!

In less than 6 months, the bag was damaged, and the leather starts drying. Very bad quality.

My. Son uses the backpack for an assortment of things. Used it for overnight bag this weekend.

This is a good size backpack with good pocket compartments. But I bought this to reminisce about my 90s version and the material is not the same or as flexible/soft as the old canvas of the 90s. The flaps over the zippers gets in the way but I’m hoping after use it’ll wear down and more workable.

Classic! It’s the classic Jansport backpack. Item arrived as pictured with no issues. It’s more of a medium size backpack. Perfect for a middle schooler or younger.

Very disappointed! Bag came COMPLETELY dirty and COVERED in dust! Had to hose it down and scrub it before I could use. Would not recommend.

Got this for my teenage daughter to replace an old one. She loves it! its classy looking, has a lot of compartments, and fits all her school materials, including a few books, binders, and a laptop just right.

It came in such a good condition, it has so many pockets where I was able to fit everything. My computer is a 13inch with a bag for extra protection and it fits well, I’ll come back if anything goes wrong but so far it’s great!

A very nice, solid backpack. Jansport has never let me down.
