My daughter loves it. She is able to carry way to much in it.

Bought this to replace a Target exclusive version of this same pack my daughter used for school last year. The strap material is different from the Target version. The Target bag had soft fleece like covering on the inside of the padded straps where they rest on your shoulders, whereas this new bag has more of a standard and firm padded straps that my daughter didnt feel were as comfortable. Ended up returning this bag and just continuing to use the Target version.

Fantastic backpack! Holds everything I need it to (working adult who has to be everywhere and ready for everything at work), and is comfortable to haul around. My only complaint is so small, that it should not make you reconsider the backpack: the cloth zipper covers often get in the way when zipping it up.

Lousy! The zippers on all the compartments keep getting stuck on the covering lip fabric. There’s no way to unfuck it unless you cut out the fabric LOUSY LOUSY LOUSY! This is the worst version they have and costs the most???????!!!!!??????
