> 3 dayThis punch came in a plain, recyclable box, with poly-foam padding (not recyclable). In some ways, this punch is much better than the cheap punch I purchased at a local hardware store several years ago. The V blades definitely make holes cleaner, and more easily than the straight style of my older one. While the depth guard makes it very handy to make consistently spaced holes, it also limits how deep the punch can go. Still, it should be fine for 90% of the belts out there. My only complaint is that it seems like a slightly complicated device in its different adjustment options. I figured it out (I think), but a set of illustrated directions is needed.

> 3 dayIm sure Im not the only person who put on a few pounds during the pandemic. So, the choice is, resign to reality and purchase a new belt until you can shed those extra pounds, or just give yourself a little grace with this little beauty and save some money until youre back in your pre-pandemic shape. I had several belts that were perfect, so I really didnt want to buy all new ones. (They are expensive, after all). So, with this, I can just add an extra hole for a bit while we get back in shape. No need to buy new belts, just customize them. This is also great for kids. This will help my son be able to use his church belt for a few extra months, if not a year just by giving it a few additional adjustment sections. One use case that a lot of folks dont consider is adjusting your shoelace patterns. There are some athletic shoes, particularly running shoes, that have unusual lace patterns that can bite across the top of my foot. With this, I can create new shoelace patterns in between the existing holes that allow the laces to avoid the sensitive areas. Also great for hockey skates, but youll need to reinforce those with rivets. All in all, this is a great little item that has paid for itself already!

> 3 dayThis Hole punch device works great for putting holes into most anything that needs a hole. Use on Belts, watch bands, cardboard. No instructions with the device on how to use or adjust, took a few minutes to figure it out. it comes with a Allen Wrench to change the hole size plate. very simple to use once you figure out how to operate it.

> 3 dayIt’s a breeze through leather and thin plastic. I don’t need to cut metal so I’ll save that test for later. Nicely made.

> 3 dayIts made from high-quality materials and is incredibly easy to use. It punches clean holes with no jagged edges - something that’s especially important for leather projects. It also comes with different sized hole punchers so you can customize your projects to your exact needs.

> 3 dayI was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this hole punch. It seems very well made and sturdy. The jaws and punches are designed so that the rotating wheel is automatically centered when the punch is pressed down. The bottom plate is adjustable so it can match the selected hole size and be set to line up correctly with the punches as well. It also has an adjustable depth gauge and an adjustable stop to prevent the punch from opening too far and accidentally changing the selected punch. Perhaps other rotating punches have some of these same features, this is the first one Ive owned so I couldnt say - but I can say Im quite pleased with this one. I tested it on a small strip of tooling leather I had lying around and learned about all of its features. It makes holes of six different sizes - from 2.0mm to 4.5mm in increments of 0.5mm. Match the punch and bottom plate correctly and you can make some nice clean holes with this punch.
