Bought this for a gaming build and obviously, I was not disappointed. Asus motherboard automatically overclocked it a bit, but to be perfectly honest I dont think I played many games that needed that much CPU power.

single core boost up to 4.5 ghz all cores can boost to 4.4 ghz on asrock z370 killer i heard it depends on the mobo you have but you may not get the full 4.6 ghz on some lower cost boards. with a hyper 212 evo cooler at full load after a hour it runs around 65c tho most games only put this cpu at 20 - 40% load keeping the temp well below 60c. overall this things a monster i was using a i5 4690k it would hit 100% load in alot of games and bottleneck this cpu tho ive tried rise of tomb raider witcher 3 and alot of other demanding games and with dx 12 this cpu will not go over 40% load on any game i try.

Handles gaming and streaming/recording with great thermals even with my single 120 rad. Playing ARK Survival/ Pubg/ LoL/ RSS/ and some VR titles were heavy hitters for my previous Intel i5-6500, taking up most of the processing power. This 1151 chipset was definitely worth the upgrade from a 7th gen. i5 quad-core processor.

çà ne sert à rien dacheter la version overclocké (8700K), cest 100 euros plus cher pour 0.5 GigaHertz de plus, renseignez sur les tests, pour moi cest le meilleur core I7 8ème génération, attention de prendre une carte mère compatible LGA1151 Socket.
