Performs like a beast! Running 5.4 Ghz stable, liquid cooled with no thermal throttling.

Insane cpu normally pushing 5100MHz has even gone up to 5500MHz.

Got a bad one. Worked like crazy trying to figure out the issue and on board video was working some but not always. Sent it back and got another that works amazing. Water coolers dont have the correct spacer for this chip but I checked the website and got one for under 10. So factor that into your water cooling cost.

So far, this is working great. Just be aware that it does not come with a cpu cooler. Also, not all software supports its GPU or can make good use of all of the performance/efficiency cores. That is not a complaint about the chip. Just make sure that your software/use/need can utilize all that this chip can offer.

Coming from an AMD Ryzen 3700X. For my workflow and use (heavy video editing/rendering & general computing), this CPU rocks. I was surprised to see some operations taking half the time to complete. The difference between waiting a half hour instead of an entire hour is a game-changer for me.

I can’t believe how insanely fast this processor is. I paired this with a TUF Z690/noctua and couldn’t be happier!

Upgraded from 6700 6th gen i7 and love the upgrade!
