> 3 dayI use this on the side of my computer and it works well. I would like it to be brighter, but itll do. I usually just have notes or calendar or extra apps in there.

> 3 daySince my team has started working from home, I have a great at-home office with multiple monitors. However, my team and I meet in-person from time to time and find that it is difficult using only laptop monitors. Finding this portable monitor has made me the envy of my team! The instructions are a little misleading (there are instructions for a touch screen which this is not) and difficult to get through, but once I figured out that I needed to use 2 ports on my laptop (1 for power, 1 for the screen), this works absolutely as I need it to. Regarding the power option, Im only using with my Dell laptop and thought I needed an extra outlet but by playing with the many cords, I connected the HDMI and the USB to my laptop and only need to connect my laptop power cord and both screens work. The size and weight of this screen fit into my laptop bag easily. The stand works perfectly (it sets up like my phone case) and Im impressed that I can close it to protect the screen. The resolution is great for my purposes as my Excel and Word docs look just as good on this as my other monitors but can see how others might see this as a negative since other monitors can show high resolution projects. Power Point graphics (or maybe all graphics) seem slightly blurry but I could just be nit-picking. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a portable secondary monitor! I am so impressed that this is only 1.5 lbs! One enhancement would be ports on the left side of the monitor. With the ports on the right side only, it does limit where I can place this monitor, at least for what Im using it for.

> 3 dayThis monitor provides great convenience and does exactly what you need it to do. Setup was easy and the images quality is satisfactory. The monitor is a little larger, wider than my laptop and again, for mobility, this is a very nice product.

> 3 dayIm used to working with 2 large monitors which we couldnt take to Ecuador with us when we left Canada. This unit works great. Very nice screen. Grateful for all the adapter cables especially the mini-HDMI adapter which plugs right into the MS Travel Hub for my SurfacePro7. Only problem I had was with the settings button that stopped working. Unfortunately, Amazon would not post my original comment that referenced customer service, so all I will say is that I love this monitor and would buy it again from this company.

> 3 dayIve been using this portable monitor for several months while traveling and working full time, and it has been great. The size is great for packing alongside my laptop, and giving crucial extra screen space. With one USB-C to my laptop, no other cables are necessary. I havent had any issues at all with connection or quality. Super happy with this purchase.

> 3 dayUpdate: Ive bought the monitor originally on January 20th 2023. This past week (5/28/2023 to 6/04/2023) Ive received a message from customer service explaining that after an issue with their email server, it basically took them a while to get back to the email themselves and replying those emails. I had previously disposed of the monitor that had the issue. I can be a hot head sometimes and the original monitor ended up in pieces in my trash bin. I know, I know.... Ive made it very clear to InnoView they would not get the original monitor Ive purchased back because it physically did not exist anymore. Well it did not bother them at all it seems and Ive received a brand new monitor in the mail on 6/1/2023. So, yes 5 months later but theyve made it right. That is outstanding! The replacement monitor has no issues whatsoever, no high pitch sound, menu works just fine. You guys deserve your 5 stars! Thank you! Sent messages about issues with their screen I just bought, did not even bother answering. I dont understand all the positive reviews on this thing. Terrible high pitch noise, Monitor menu inaccessible. Huge piece of crap. Stay away from this brand.

> 3 dayThe screen quality is good. It came with all the cords and plugs to power it up or connect. Can’t beat the price for the size. The only complaint I have is that I turn down the brightness and it never stays where I set it.

> 3 dayEDIT: Got a very nice response from InnoView. Apparently you need a full service USB-C cable. I have never heard of such a thing. Above and beyond customer service. Picture quality is awesome. Construction seems good. I really have no complaints, except.... I bought a USB-C cable that was longer than the one that came with the monitor. It doesnt work... no signal. It is a high quality cable. No problem there. I really find it odd and would give this product a higher rating if not for that. What do I do when/if this cable stops working.
