> 24 hourUpdate: Ive bought the monitor originally on January 20th 2023. This past week (5/28/2023 to 6/04/2023) Ive received a message from customer service explaining that after an issue with their email server, it basically took them a while to get back to the email themselves and replying those emails. I had previously disposed of the monitor that had the issue. I can be a hot head sometimes and the original monitor ended up in pieces in my trash bin. I know, I know.... Ive made it very clear to InnoView they would not get the original monitor Ive purchased back because it physically did not exist anymore. Well it did not bother them at all it seems and Ive received a brand new monitor in the mail on 6/1/2023. So, yes 5 months later but theyve made it right. That is outstanding! The replacement monitor has no issues whatsoever, no high pitch sound, menu works just fine. You guys deserve your 5 stars! Thank you! Sent messages about issues with their screen I just bought, did not even bother answering. I dont understand all the positive reviews on this thing. Terrible high pitch noise, Monitor menu inaccessible. Huge piece of crap. Stay away from this brand.

> 24 hourThings to know: -the screen comes with 3 forms of connectors. Give them all a try, the connector most compatible with your computer will allow the screen transfer. Not all of them are compatible. - Save yourself time, watch the videos lol - the stand DOES WORK!! For those comments that show it doesn’t, it’s because THEY DONT KNOW how to make it stand lol big difference. You don’t even take the cover off, you just flip it backwards, while always leaving the magnetic part connected. So you flip it back to create a stand, and you close it forward to close your screen for protection. It’s very convenient. I almost didn’t buy it because of those incorrect reviews. - it’s as bright as you need it, and great pigments. CONS- -It is a BIT heavy when coupled with everything else in my bag. Taking into consideration I’m carrying both my laptop and screen with me. - I have to make sure to place my laptop always to the right of the screen because of the wire connection. This is no fault of the monitor itself, but it would be nice if the ports were on both sides and not just one. Overall, great price, great quality,

> 24 hourI have been researching additional screens for my laptop for over a month now. I was intrigued by the ones that attach to the back of the laptop screen and fold or slide out, but i just wasnt sold. I finally came across portable separate screens like this. So glad i got this one vs. an attached one. I travel A LOT and i get extremely frustrated trying to work without a second screen since i use it on my desktop, it was time to get a second screen for when im stuck in hotel rooms on business. 1) The box had a high quality feel to it, the packing materials and everything inside the box spoke of quality to me. This is important to me as I am a business owner and manufacture product. Packaging is HUGE when it comes to customer experience. cheap packaging usually means cheap product. 2) super easy setup. i literally just plugged it into the USB-C on my laptop, immediately turned on. small little rocker switch on the side to adjust brightness. 30 seconds later changed setting on my laptop to extend display to the left side of my laptop. 3) its a solid little monitor. has a good weight to it. does not feel flimsy whatsoever. the stand feels pretty sturdy as well, and there are two indentations in the stand for different viewing angles. 4) pictures is sharp and clear. bright screen, accurate colors. 5) last but not least. i got this for $160. are you kidding? no brainer. *amazon literally delivered it the same day. I live outside of denver, so def. in a major commerce area. this was literally the first time i ever had the option for that. which speaks to the availability and distribution of this product itself. I got the 3 year warrantly for $30 or whatever, since i travel A LOT, and will be bringing it with me everywhere. ** I have not tried the sound, and will never use it, as my laptop has bluetooth and i bring my JBL Charge with me wherever i go as well. but judging by the quality of the screen itself, its probably pretty decent for what it is. final thoughts. for this price, 100% happy with the purchase.

> 24 hourIve been using this portable monitor for several months while traveling and working full time, and it has been great. The size is great for packing alongside my laptop, and giving crucial extra screen space. With one USB-C to my laptop, no other cables are necessary. I havent had any issues at all with connection or quality. Super happy with this purchase.

> 24 hourGreat product and really efficient if you are using USB-C for your second screen (no power plug needed) however, if you want to use two screens (as I do), you will need a docking station because the cords are too short to connect to the source (Laptop for me) with one on each side...

> 24 hourI recently purchased the InnoView Portable Monitor, which is a 15.8 inch FHD 1080P USB C HDMI second external monitor. Unfortunately, I was unable to get it to work with my iPad. No matter what I tried, the monitor simply wouldnt recognize my device. I ended up giving the monitor to a friend who uses a non-Apple device and he has been extremely happy with it. Hes had no issues getting it to work and has been using it regularly. So, if youre not using an Apple product, it seems like this monitor is a great option. However, if you are an Apple user, I would recommend looking for a different monitor as it doesnt seem to be compatible with Apple devices.

> 24 hourHave been using it for a month already, and I love it. It is great to work with two monitors. It is bright enough to work (normally I use it on 75% of the brightness). Had some issue with the case, to use it as a stand, but after reading the instruction and thinking a little bit I was able to put it to work properly :-). There are some models that cost more, but since I wanted to give a try in having a second screen, and to carry it with me, I looked for a model with a good price and good review, and found this one. And it was a great choice.

> 24 hourAfter searching a portable monitor to use with my laptop for a few days, I chose the Innoview, which has a screen size of 15.8 inches and is slightly larger than other products in width. It arrived safely within 2 days of ordering, and the product was safely packaged in a case. Various connection cables are included, so I tested it by connecting it to a laptop and an iPad. All connections were easy and simple, and the screen was clear and bright, with no flickering or tearing. When I connect it in extended mode on my laptop, it becomes the big aux screen I want, so I can work more comfortably. I requested after-sales service by e-mail for warranty registration, and I was very satisfied with the quick feedback I received even though it was late at night.
