> 3 dayI got it to install an ssd on my computer, mostly because of the anti-static wrist strap, but I also wanted a nice set of tools for future endeavors. I didnt think the head of it was magnetic but it was and that makes it 10x better. It sucks that the extension makes it not magnetic, but thats fine. Definitely makes me want to start taking apart broken electronics to fix them. Might be a new hobby. Thanks Ifixit.

Greater than one weekYou could assembly a better set of tools yourself for half the price. The non-conductive pry tools lasted about one use before the edge messed up. Thank goodness theres 3 of those things. The insert for the bits is like foam. If the foam is stretched, it will no longer hold your bits in place. The only saving grace is the metal pry tool that is thin but very stiff and has a nice rubber grip.
