This kit is a must have for anyone in the tech industry. Quality tools at an incredible price.

If you are in any way a do it yourself person and understand what youre doing with our new-fangled technology items then this is worth the time and money. From screen replacements to simple hard drive swaps on a laptop or what might have you these are the tools you are going to need apart from maybe some type of heat sources like a hairdryer or something stronger to loosen up any adhesive that might be holding a phone screen or something down. This tool kit has everything youd pretty much need for any type of intermediate repairs or upgrades on most if not all types of devices.

I was on the fence about spending $60 On the ifixit repair kit but the other sets on the market looked cheap and awkward. I am glad I ponied up the extra dough, all the tools in the ifixit kit are very well made and feel nice in hand. The foldable bag it comes in is decent, but the driver and bit holder is extremely nice! I would suggest if they release a newer version to use a hard case like the driver/bit holder for the entire kit. Very happy with it, would definitely buy it again.

Ive used multiple toolsets across different price ranges. Most of them get the job done, so I was skeptical to take the plunge and go from my ~$30 ARIO toolkit and get this one instead. I decided to wait and ended up getting it as a present on christmas. But with my experience with this toolkit already, its well worth the $65 investment it costs as of writing this review.

This was listed as part of a bundled purchase so I admit it wasnt part of my search, but WOW, am I happy to have it. This kit is extremely high quality. Used it for the first time yesterday to replace a laptop battery. Wide selection of tools and precision bits to safely remove components. Great features in the hard case (shallow dividers, magnetized surface) kept everything organized and off the floor. Highly recommended - warning - you will start looking for excuses to disassemble your toys.
