I like the product for the flavor and the hydration that it provides. Generally I’ve had many products from this company and the flavor is always on point. It’s a no frills product really and the only thing I have to say is that because it’s a no frills product, the product doesn’t really reflect that - it’s a bit expensive for what it is. I do feel hydrated from the ingredient profile so it is effective in that regard
