Greater than one weekThis is a great tasting and refreshing post workout drink, with amino acids to help with recovery. The instructions say to mix 1-2 scoops with 12-24 oz of water. I find 1 scoop with 16 oz to be about perfect. It is best when really cold- So I mix mine with ice in a shaker bottle then bring it to the gym in an insulated bottle. The watermelon taste is GREAT. Its actually one of the better tasting supplements ive tried.

> 3 daySummary: When it comes to electrolyte sports drinks, there are lots of offerings. I grew up drinking Gatorade as my sports drink of choice. Most pre-workout supplements add BCAA, and this one is no different. Observations: Based on similar products, most single servings are mixed with 8-16 ounces, but this one is for 12-24 ounces. Recommendations: Everyones taste is different; some products are too sweet, others too salty; its all relative. From reading other reviews, the Fruit Punch flavor had the least complaints. I tried the Raspberry Lemonade, its fair in my opinion. Pros: Phase 1 appears to specialize in workout supplements. Cons: Country of origin not listed on the product details (Made in the USA per product image). Conclusion: At $30 for 30 servings ($1.00/serving), rating this 4-stars (origin).

> 3 dayThis is an effective electrolyte supplement. I havent had the other aminos before as a supplement but they gave me no negative impacts. At a dollar a serving its a bit on the spendy side but the quality does seem to be born out, and I really liked the flavor. I initially mixed it a bit strong and it tasted a little weird but it grew on me really fast. It sounds like the other flavors are not terribly great, but I can attest to this one at least. It being a powder in a tub as opposed to packets also means I can stretch it out a bit longer as I often dont want the full serving size. Really liked it!

> 3 dayFirst I applaud the company for not adding pink food coloring. But the difference between pink lemonade and regular lemonade is the addition of something that turns it pink. For example you can add cranberry juice or food coloring or something else. This wasn’t pink at all. Why not call it lemonade? But this was also not very lemony. I could barely detect the flavoring of lemons. It did taste a little salty like most hydration drinks do. I was very disappointed in the flavor. I drink a lot of electrolytes when I work outside I. The FL heat to avoid the inevitable leg cramps. The drinks keep them more mild and sometimes completely at bay. I have a lot of different brands and this one is one of my least favorite. It does mix up easily in cold water which is nice. There is a scoop inside the half full canister (settling is the term everyone uses). I would certainly use the rest of this but may be tempted to drop some lemon juice in the drink to add flavor. But why call it pink when it isn’t pink at all?
