They dont work nor charge. One of the ear buds wouldnt pair to my device. What A waste of money. I will never buy these again. Id give 0 stars if I could. (UPDATE) HTC Support reached out to me to offer a refund or a replacement for the inconvenience. I chose a replacement, and I am absolutely satisfied with my choice. The ear buds work great! HTC support was exceedingly kind and professional. I received my replacement sooner than expected. I changed my rating to 5 stars now. HTC you have redeemed yourself :).

This is my third time buying these earbuds and I hate them now. They keep lowering the quality of them. This generation of this product isnt worth having. The touch/tap controls simply dont work. It doesnt matter what the instructions say - its only on/off. In addition, theyre sensitive. Brushing against your ear (not tapping on the earbud) will stop your media or hang up your calls and in some frequent and infuriating cases - disconnects your earbuds from Bluetooth altogether. But tapping on them will not reconnect anything. :)))))) I hate these Im not buying them ever again. ~~~~~ (This product on the left. previous product, now removed,on the right.) My review for the previous model was a glowing review. The sound quality was great, the range was great, and an earbud *went through the washing machine* and still worked. 5* and chefs kiss. It was $30 ~ $40 if I remember correctly. This product is almost as perfect. Two complaints though and to be clear Im comparing this product to its predecessor. The sound is not as great as the last model but this *is* about $10 cheaper. When in pairing mode - the earbuds make a loud beeping sound, nonstop, until paired. The downside is that you cant put your earbuds in and then pair Bluetooth because the noise hurts. The beeping is not loud enough to find a missing earbud. All in all, Cheers to HTC for making a product affordable and yet still better quality than the competition.

For the most part they are awesome the battery could be better but when I think of the price it’s a great purchase most of my units cost over a 100 dollars and the best in my opinion is planatronics but on a budget this is one of the best bangs for your bucks

Im changing my review due to as of today 1month and 9 days the right earbud isnt working. They are fully charged. I believe they will have to be returned. I did like them because they fit my need.

These are about what you would expect for cheap ear buds. They work ok, but the sound quality is poor and the volume does not go high enough.

The price and BATTERY LIFE!! This is the second pair Ive bought. My pair accidentally got washed and it wasnt the same. I bought this pair for my daughter because the battery on these things will last until Jesus comes back. I work in a warehouse, I put them in at 12:57pm before I started my shift. When I checked the battery life at 6:08pm I was at 40%, I checked again at 7:48 and the battery was at 30% and still going strong!!!!! I have EASILY gotten 9 hours of battery out of these earbuds. This is with the earbuds constantly on and volume set to 50 or lower. I love these things. They dont have an app or ANC but man with the price, battery life and sound quality you cant go wrong. Buying myself another pair when I give my daughters back hers.
