not even 6 months and the left side won’t charge anymore

The sound quality when theyre working is great for 25$ earbuds. But my right ear bud is constantly being disconnected for no reason. It happens every time I use them. I stopped using these 1 day after I got them because its so irritating. After it disconnects randomly mid song, it just makes a beeping noise till you put it back in its case with the other one. Then take them out they both connect and 1 minute later the right earbud disconnects again. And they are both fully charged and the case too. I am dissapointed by an HTC product

These earbuds are incredible. They have to be the best sounding earbuds Ive ever had, blue tooth or wired. They are so small and compact and so is the charging case. The charging case uses usb type c cables so any galaxy smart phone users will be happy to get an extra charging cable for their phone now lol. But that also means it charges extremely fast. Honestly for 26 dollars, these are an incredible deal especially coming from such a reputable tech brand like htc.

I bought these earbuds 4 months ago. At the beginning I was very happy with this product. Good sound quality. But after a few weeks they started getting more and more issues with connecting to each other and the volume was getting weaker and weaker, regardless of the charge status, of the environment, and of the cellphone I used. I spent a lot of time cleaning the contacts thoroughly before putting the earbuds into the charging station. That didnt help neither. After 2 months, they could only synchronize when they were no more than 2 inches apart. As soon as I put them in my ears, one of them started beeping, searching for the other. Sometimes on one side, sometimes on the other. I just tossed them into the trash can.
