> 3 dayIt is true, battery life is poor, and it keeps disconnecting from wi-fi. In this century, there is no plausible reason for a computer that costs this much to have these flaws. Have not decided whether to send it back. I still use a Toshiba and a Dell, this one was lighter for taking to other countries. I wanted a backlit keyboard. You start out putting all your data on it, only to find out the flaws as you go. Very discouraging, do not know if it is Win 10 or HP. Will get to the bottom of it and update this poor review. There wasnt a whole lot of comments when I purchased. Pen and touch work decent, so does the switching to tablet like mode.

> 3 dayI love this laptop!! Great value, very fast, and is very easy to set up. As a teacher, I am using it for distance learning. I love the touchscreen. After my MacBook decided to quit on me I was in the market for an affordable but sturdy laptop. This has exceeded my expectations! It took a little bit to get used to Windows again but it wasnt rocket science, thank God.

Greater than one weekSuper easy to use. Ive been really impressed with this laptop so far. I didnt think I would like the tablet mode but the screen is so big and easy to use even with a keyboard. Im going to buy the pain separately but this is a great value.

> 3 dayMany things I love about this laptop. Great battery life, it is lightweight it is touchscreen and has tablet mode. I picked it because it had a backlit keyboard. I am annoyed at the placement of the power button it is on the side where you grab the laptop to move it and I keep bumping it and turning off the computer. Getting knocked out of Zoom meetings is really annoying. I will deal with it but will definitely think about this when I am looking for a new computer.

Greater than one weekI gave this laptop a 4 star, but I will keep it, because finding a 5 star laptop would mean I would not have a touchscreen and a backlit keyboard. I also needed ports on my laptop.
