> 3 dayNot good quality. Maybe I got a lemon. Too many glitches. Kept freezing and programs wouldnt load. I had to perform a PC reset twice and still didnt fix issues. I have an older Intel Core I5 that runs faster than this laptop. Touchscreen was great but overall not a good product.

> 3 dayIt is true, battery life is poor, and it keeps disconnecting from wi-fi. In this century, there is no plausible reason for a computer that costs this much to have these flaws. Have not decided whether to send it back. I still use a Toshiba and a Dell, this one was lighter for taking to other countries. I wanted a backlit keyboard. You start out putting all your data on it, only to find out the flaws as you go. Very discouraging, do not know if it is Win 10 or HP. Will get to the bottom of it and update this poor review. There wasnt a whole lot of comments when I purchased. Pen and touch work decent, so does the switching to tablet like mode.

> 3 dayThese work fine for a good 1 1/2 years. After that the startup starts lagging and it takes a good 7 minutes to get it up and running. Opening a web browser also becomes a chore after a few years. Seriously, if you don’t want to deal with the slowness buy an HP Elitebook. It costs more money but you get what you pay for. I know this because my work computer is an Elitebook and has no hiccups. I’ve had it for 4 years. I turn it on and I’m up and running in 2 minutes. I will never buy another Pavilion again. Never.

> 3 dayWell, this laptop died after a water (not coffee) spill on its keyboard. i would think it would be more rugged somehow since it can be used as a tablet but nope. Died and fried the motherboard. Now its just spare parts.

Greater than one weekWe bought this for our son. His previous laptop was in dire need of replacing. This works great. Apps load fast, switching between them is fast and smooth. Boot time is very fast. The flip screen is great for his use. In fact, my wife is jealous of it and looking forward to her next upgrade.

> 3 dayIts a great laptop so far. Though Ive hardly used it. My main problem is that they gave me the wrong one. I was given the 512 GB when I bought the 1 TB. I compared their CPUs online (they are different) and it comes up that the one I got instead is voted 3% better. Itll do as Im not that upset about it, but I wanted a TB of space specifically so I had enough storage for the projects I will work on. It is a very nice laptop however.
