Greater than one weekIt’s a really good monitor. I use it for a mini PC and it spits out pretty good images I like that it has a speaker so you don’t have to buy separate speakers.

> 3 dayThe monitor looks a little thicker than I had imagined, but it feels solid. I liked that it came with the cover for the vesa mount bracket on the back of the monitor. Im not mounting it, so it covers the screw holes nicely. I had no intention on using the speakers in this since most monitor speakers are terrible. I was pleasantly surprised when I tested it out. They actually sound great for meetings, I can hear everyone perfectly through it. The display itself had a nice slim bezel. Its vertically adjustable which is nice for those of us who are using them as a second monitor with a laptop. For what Im using it for Im happy with it, especially given the price point. (~$135 when I bought it).

> 3 dayI purchased two of these monitors on prime days because they had a good price and I needed new monitors for my home office There were a few bad reviews of the monitors going out but they were also several good reviews so I decided to give them a shot I regretted that decision within a week In less than five days the first monitor just went black while I was working I contacted Amazon and initially they told me I had to reach out to HP I disputed that with Amazon customer service and said absolutely not since I just bought them and Amazon service did agree to send me a replacement and I returned the defective one The second monitor did the exact same thing in less than 40 days Again while working the monitor just went black Note these monitors are only used in my home office I work about 8 to 10 hours a day so they are not getting excessive gaming use they’re not getting overheated it’s just standard use for working in an office environment The picture on the monitors when they work is great for what I need it for I can’t see how it would be for gaming or anything else but for doing spreadsheets and word documents the picture was fine However they do not last and when you rely heavily on multiple monitors to work when they go out in your left with just one monitor or a small 15 inch laptop it makes it very difficult to be productive I normally do not buy HP brand because I’m not a fan of the quality and these monitors are no exceptions I should’ve stuck to my rule of no HP products and not purchase these items as the quality is very very poor

Greater than one weekGreat second monitor for the price. Perfect for my needs. Great picture. Easy to adjust. I haven’t been able to figure out how to make the monitor speakers my default. Researched it some and may have to do with the dongle I use for my Mac so I used the auxiliary cord but even so I have to go into settings each time. I’m sure there is a fix I just haven’t researched it further.

> 3 dayMy sons 2nd monitor went out on his gaming computer. Since it’s his second he wasn’t worried about refresh rates just wanted if for Discord etc…. It came with the HDMI cable and the speaker cable but no Display Port cable. Lucky I work on IT and had one but the box was supposed to come with it

> 3 dayOverall, this monitor is probably perfectly fine for casual office & business use, as well as basic home use, such as internet browsing, email, etc. Why the low rating then? I work in graphics, animation, and design. Ill admit that my previous monitors were hardly top of the line, but their colors were always good enough to get the job done. When one of them failed suddenly, I wanted a new one quick and cheap, so I impulsively chose this one without doing enough research. Ill start with the pros: The 27 size is really nice, quite a bit bigger than the Dell monitor that failed. (Its sister is still working next to this one) Ive actually liked using it for web browsing. Its clear and easy to read on. The stand is pretty decent too, easily raised, lowered, and tilted... another solid upgrade from the old monitor. It has several input options... Im using the displayport. It also has built in audio that seems to work right through the displayport connection. It did come with an audio cord, in case you connect with a method that doesnt accept audio. The Cons: This is where the monitor falls apart for me. Everything is kind of light and desaturated... a hazy grey. There are color adjustments on the monitor, but even cranking the brightness and contrast had almost no effect. The color modes are too intense to be useful (Warm, cool, and other presets that drastically alter the color). I just need something with a better range of color. In the end, its my fault for being hasty and not doing enough research. Ill use this monitor on another system where color isnt as important, but it wont be staying on my workstation. Final judgement: This is a solid monitor as long as accurate and deep colors arent important for your usage.

> 3 dayWith COVID keeping my office shut, I really missed my dual 27-inch monitors at work. My job would not pay for new monitors, so I decided to buy a pair. I wanted some that were good quality and didnt break the bank since this was coming out of my own pocket. This 27-inch monitor by HP seemed to have great review and did the job. They were easy to hook up and the best part, they can be VESA mounted, which was a must for my home setup. That saves so much room on my desk. Note, I 100% use this from work from home and browsing the internet. I do not use this for gaming. Im not sure how theyd hold up for gaming, but for the price, it makes a world of difference in my work from home setup.

> 3 dayThey work very well. They do, however, from time to time just go black. It will come right back in two seconds but just out of the blue. Sometimes when I turn everything off and come back the next day to turn on it does not recognize the cables that are connected and says there is no connection. Nothing changed since turning it off and coming back so its a product issue. I unplug all cables and plug back in and most of the time it recognizes its connected. Sometimes it takes a couple tries to get it to recognize it is connected.
