> 3 dayI purchased this for my work from home computer. It is a great all-in-one option for someone looking for a desktop without a separate modem. It’s also very pretty! Love the big screen.

> 3 dayThe screen doesnt glare as much as others, easier on the eyes. Of course, the negatives are that Microsoft tries to overwhelm you with their products and add ons, most of which you dont need anyway. The tilt screen is really nice. Its thin and lightweight. Its kinda weird that they put the model and serial numbers where you cant reach them unless you turn the screen upside down. I do like it, but its taking me an inordinate amount of time to get all my stuff on there. The worst thing is they give you a keyboard and mouse with cables instead of cordless! Ug.

> 3 dayI purchased this computer to simplify and compensate for the small workspace I now have. The most important part for me was that it came installed with the basic Microsoft Office, as stated multiple times throughout the Specifications. Yes it does, but only for a free 3 month trial. After that there is a monthly fee to use it... or you can use the online version for free, but each time you want to open or create a document, you have to go through multiple screens just to get to the program online. At that point everything works through the cloud. (Even just to open a pre-existing document you can view any of your documents, but cannot edit / add to anything without paying the fee or go through the cloud. Its very misleading, very frustrating, time consuming, inconvenient and very disappointing. Had I known that at the time of purchase, I dont believe I wouldve purchased this computer. Its unfortunate, because it is a very good computer and very user friendly.

> 3 dayThe Mike/Audio Jack requires a 4-pin plug for headphones rather than a common 3-pin plug. Researched what I needed on Amazon, and was twice disappointed that the Jack would not accept either product - plugs could not be inserted their entirely, rendering both useless. Can anyone recommend a product that should work?

> 3 dayThere is a humming /buzzing sound coming from this pc, I tried everything to stop it. I dont know if its normal or harmful. I seem to be unable to get tech support with HP.
