This is actually a really good computer. I was worried because of some some of the bad reviews but its just people posting that dont know what they are doing. You cant just take a computer out of the box and expect it to run fast. I set it all up, removed some apps I know I wont use and went straight to updates. The updates took a while but afterwards everything is running smoothly. Let me just say Im a loyal Acer Aspire user and decided to take a chance on this HP and im not regretting my decision.

A great value for my money. The screen is huge and it’s very easy to hook up.

PC looks like picture shown and works great. Easy set up and everything I needed to upgrade my files. Out of box…Set up to finish took about 15 minutes . Excellent price for an all in one PC

Great computer. Set up was easy. Great value. Very fast and have no problems. The only suggestion would be to put some USB ports on side on monitor otherwise its great. Hard to find DVD writer.

After 1 year since purchasing this HP computer I can say with great accuracy that this purchase was the best I have ever made. As a computer professional most of my life, I smile with a 24 inch screen to read those multi-column spreadsheets. Solid state memory is the only memory I will purchase, makes the startup time in seconds, not minutes. The price i am sure is different now. Having a computer with everything build in eliminated the tower I used to have on the floor getting dirty, dusty and hard to manage. Only the Monitor, keyboard and mouse on desktop keeps my work area very clean and comfortable to use. I did not order the touch screen model, next time. Jack

Bought this for my wife whose technical skills are zero. She has never had a computer of her own, either using second-hand old computers of mine, or borrowing my current computer. After I set it up for her (and showed her where the power switch is) she uses it at least 4 hours a day mostly for playing games. It has the power of my much larger computer even though it takes up a quarter of the desk space mine does. The screen definition is excellent and larger than the average. Some people mistake it for an iMac (God forbid)

HP Computer works fine but the keyboard was a “lemon”. Called customer service and they would not replace it and said I had to call HP myself which I did about 4 times. Over a month has gone by and I still don’t have another keyboard. I’m using one from my husband’s computer! Not at all happy.

It is great except for the humming whirring noise it makes while using. I tried everything to make it stop but to no avail

It’s a nice computer. Good for basic computing needs
