    Purchased as a gift for my daughter. The only problem I see is the fan comes on often. Im not sure why or if this is normal. I only use MAC and this has never happen with them.

    Laptop is for personal use only. No instructions or manual came with the computer. Finding very difficult to set up with apps and files on my other computer. Have been an HP user for awhile (desktop pc w Win 10 & printer) and really like the products. This is my 1st laptop. Very frustrating. Dont know why I have to spend $579 on a laptop and then have to pay $300 + to have help setting up.

    I couldnt get it open because I didnt follow instructions. I returned it in order to get a different one. Also, didnt want a touch screen; I wanted to use a mouse.
