Good laptop just wish it was touch screen, long battery life, good quality for the money.

The laptop arrived with a log in and password that I didn’t create.

It’s a decent laptop. With technology, you get what you pay for and this is a prime example. It’s on the cheaper side so it’s not going to blow you away with its capabilities. That being said, I had an HP Chromebook prior to this laptop and it’s been a welcomed upgrade. No fastest or flashiest laptop I’ve ever used, but it’s reliable and get the job done. I mostly use it for school work or to stream media and that’s about it. I’d recommend for anyone needing a laptop for school.

It is light and charges fast. Keyboard works better than my last HP. The letters on the keyboard are pretty big, like made for old people or kids, but I appreciate that bc
