Touch pad mouse has never worked and customer support is inconvenient and difficult to work with for a solution. Have to use an external mouse.

Love it’s color and easy to use

How long does this take to come on... its new out the box and its taking for to load....

The price was great, so I shouldnt complain. You really get what you pay for. I have found I cant conduct a zoom meeting and look for documents without the sound getting static. I dont get clear beautiful pictures on it. It is smaller than I thought it would be, so documents arent always shown in their entirety. I found that some of the features listed in the product information do not work as advertised. I didnt think I would miss the touch screen feature, but I do. If you need a spare this will work. Its ok. I am thinking of purchasing a laptop with the features I miss, which I should have done in the first place.

It’s a decent laptop. With technology, you get what you pay for and this is a prime example. It’s on the cheaper side so it’s not going to blow you away with its capabilities. That being said, I had an HP Chromebook prior to this laptop and it’s been a welcomed upgrade. No fastest or flashiest laptop I’ve ever used, but it’s reliable and get the job done. I mostly use it for school work or to stream media and that’s about it. I’d recommend for anyone needing a laptop for school.

Touch screen not available

It was very easy to set up, the color makes it look expensive, very light to travel with, battery lasts longer than my mac book air. I just got it for about a week so I will wait to see longevity. The back pack is icing on the cake.

Beautiful color pink but I havent been able to get it to turn on yet. I will make another attempt tomorrow AM and then its being sent back if still not starting up

Two weeks after this computer arrived it refused to come on and kept saying warranty expired. Im sick of companies like this ripping customers off. Took my last dollars to purchase a computer that was needed to end up with this.

when I opened this one up I was amazed at how beautiful it looked and how easy it was to hook up, i love the numbers to the right side as the one I returned didnt have that. This is what I am used to not that other pc of *** that i had purchased for a few hundred dollars less. It goes to show you only get what you pay for LESSON LEARNED!
