For sore wrists, these offer moderate support. Theres no internal metal bar or anything like that. But they are lightweight, low-profile, and they fold flat. They remind you not to over-do anything. I like that they leave much of my hand exposed so that I can (mostly) wash my hands, put on work gloves, and access my pants pocket without having to remove them. They also are a social signal to others about why you may not be able to shake hands.

OK, I tried these before and didnt like them. They seemed to help wrists. but my thumb ached and hurt worse then the Carpal Tunnel pain. Gave up and tried many other things. None of them worked. Retried these at night along with a long sleeve tshirt to keep my arms warm. Again the pain in the thumb. THEN.. I tried wrapping these around my wrist without putting my thumb into the hole. I held the end with the hole close to my wrist with my fingers, and wrapped it around my wrist pretty tight. Tried a lot untill it felt comfortable and went to bed. WOKE UP WITH NO CARPAL TUNNEL PAIN!!! It was great. I have used them for 4 days now and each day my CTS pain is reduced. I expect after a few weeks I will not even need these any more. I recommend everyone try a pair of these, but do NOT put your thumb in the hole. Fixes your CTS pain but causes worse pain in your thumb I just bought 2 more pairs of these.

Fits well, nice compression. I use it all day for a tendinitis problem i have on my left wrist. Learned the hard way not to sleep with it though.

I bought three comparable products, and this is by far the best. It is firm but has a soft cushion. The width is just right for wearing around the wrist. It comfortably supports the wrist while allowing the use of palm and fingers easily. My main purpose was to prevent the full turn of the wrist and this does it perfectly. You get two for the same price as one of competing brands. The two pieces in the set are the same. If you need it for just one hand, you can use them both interchangeably.

Purchased for some tensiona nd stress I had been feeling in my wrist when typing, crafting, or just existing. It has offered great support without being stiff or limiting to my range of motion. It acts more correctional to my range of motion without strains or limits.

Honestly i was not excepting much, but I just used this for my workouts and I can feel it actually helps prevent injuries. Amazing product

You get two of these for 10 bucks so I wasnt expecting much. But they really help and the velcro stays nice and tight. I had horrible pain on the fleshy part under your thumb and this really helped. My other hand bothers me from time to time too, so I have an extra for that hand. Exceptional price. Now the bad part, they dont last. I ordered my last pair less than a month ago. The area by the thumbs are ripping, and the velcro gets looser and looser. Ordering them every month is a little ridiculous. Even at 10 dollars these should last a couple of months. But, they work and theyre semi cheap so.... And otherwise I have too much pain.

I bought these with the hopes theyd help relive some of my elbow & wrist pain associated with weight training. They seem to help stabilize my wrist to prevent hyperextension but not quite as much as Id like. For as heavy as I lift I may need something a bit more robust. These would work great for a beginner or those training with lighter loads.
