Greater than one weekGood product, holds well and provides support, i only wish it provided a diagram on the package, it was a bit of thought to figure out to properly wrap the first use

> 3 dayexcellent product.....used first time today at gym....pulled both braces tight and relieve pain from wrists. A little worried if thumb hole will last. With stress of the pull, over time might break. That is my only concern. recommend

> 3 dayComfortable I guess. But I don’t notice any difference in pain or support offered. Ive had carpal tunnel surgery on both hands and having it a second time coming up.

> 3 dayDe Quervain syndrome is painful and hard to relieve, since its difficult to get enough rest when you use your thumb and aggravate it. This is a good compromise between a thumb spica splint which will prevent thumb movement but make the hand nearly useless while its on. This wrap is effective at restricting movement, compressing the area and reducing pain, I believe that it will be crucial to effectively treating the issue and getting back to normal. I also lift weights and use weight lifting hook wrist wraps, which are great for pulling movements like deadlift, upright row, lat pulldown and these are small enough to fit underneath, which makes using them more comfortable. I didnt injure myself lifting weights, I did it assembling a piece of weightlifting equipment when I used a wrench at an awkward angle. The trick is to get it JUST tight enough to work but not too tight where it will cause a circulation issue, and that part is tricky, you want to get it JUST right. Fortunately, its easy to put on, take off and adjust.

> 3 dayI wear these for yard work, chopping wood, gathering wood, and lifting weights for my left wrist only. (Probably about 2 hours a day of use). In just a week the thumb part started to fray. I don’t think it will be to long till it rips completely.

> 3 dayThe wristband was easy to put on, helped to stabilize my wrist when I slept, and comfortable to wear for long periods of time in between icing my sprain.
