Hillsdale Montello 32-Inch Swivel Bar Stool, Old Steel Finish with Faux Brown Leather

I would had given 5 stars but your ad makes the chair looks as if it is silver in the metal area (even when I zoom across it); and thats what I was looking for, but instead I received bronze color metal thats not too attractive with all stainless steel appliances. Yes the chairs are sturdy, and the seat padding is comfortable and swirling is very quiet, but the color of the metal is not what I need.

This is a purchase you hesitate a bit making since it is fairly pricey, and you cant see it in person first. Based on the reviews, it seemed like a safe bet and it definitely is. Great quality, and even better looking than the pictures. Only gripe was pulling off some of the protective plastic wrap was a pain in a few spots. Well worth the money overall.

Very good looking chair. Good quality so far with the exception of the stain on the top part which scuffs very easily.

The seat height was perfect for my island that sits atop standard sized floor cabinets. The cushions are not especially plush and 1 of the 3 I ordered sloped forward slightly. Other than that they seem very sturdy, swivel easily and look great.

Love the stools because they go so well with my kitchen bar. We purchased 3 stools. The only problem was that one of the chairs was missing screws. It was very disappointing. It looked like someone had sent it back and then the company had sent it out to us. My husband went to Lowes and found screws to work. If we had not had this problem my rating would have been 5 stars.

The chair looks good in person, and the seat is very comfortable. However, do not try to put any weight on the backrest. After initially assembly, I noticed that the chair back flexed very easily with little weight put on it. Putting slightly more weight against it, the chair back flexed further and did not return to the original position. It had to be bent back to the original position. The chair back frame is only attached with a couple small welds to the chair tube frame. No screws, no brackets, no gussets - nothing. This is a poor design and will fail over time if the seat back is actually used. If you plan on using the chair back, Id recommend looking elsewhere.

Pretty good quality, but not very comfortable

The 32 inch stools are very high...Im 52 and I cant easily get on them. Its terrible! Large Heavy stools

Sturdy, well-made, elegant bar stool. The footprint is small for being such a strong stool. My husband is 6 4 and he comfortably sits on this stool and can swivel without worries. I love how beautiful it looks next to our kitchen bar. Our long search for a sturdy, beautiful bar stool is over.

Easy to assemble...took less than 15 minutes. Comfortable & sturdy.
