> 24 hourI like the not stick functionality and that I can use whatever kitchen utensils is handy knowing the non stick won’t be affected.

> 24 hourThese pans are amazing! They have some weight to them so they are not flimsy at all. They look really sharp and classy. A bit pricey, but you can see and feel the quality in them, I think they will last a good long time.

> 24 hourIve been using this for a couple of months now. I find it transfers heat quickly and evenly. Not quite as easy to clean as true non-stick, but still a lot easier than plain stainless steel or cast iron or cast aluminum. My habit is to use it as a dishpan when there are only a few dishes to wash. Dropping utensils into it to soak is not a problem, No worries about scratching the surface. I have a full set of perfectly good cast aluminum pots and pans (Guardian Service, inherited from my grandmother) and eventually will replace these with hex-clad.

> 24 hourI bought this pot to replace an old non stick pot. I am very impressed with the HexClad pot, so much that I bought a 12 inch HexClad frying pan and I aim to replace all my kitchen cookware with HexClad. I can only buy one at a time because of the price but I dont mind paying it for the quality they possess.
