> 3 dayI have become disenchanted with Calphalon non-stick cookware: uneven heat distribution; slow heating; scratching quickly even when not using metal utensils; warping despite our most careful efforts. I decided after much research to try HexClad for many reasons mitigating the Calphalon shortcomings. So far, Im very impressed with my 2 Qt Saucepan: heavy construction; quick heating; wonderful heat distribution; amazing cleanup...and dare I say it is an artfully beautiful pan! Well see how it holds up over time, but so far Im very pleased.

Greater than one weekIt will be interesting to compare this pan with others that I have had for a while. The previous pans have been one brand also from amazon and I think they are great. Interested in comparison after a few months.

> 3 dayi was tired of spending thirty bucks once a year to buy a t-fal pot which dont get me wrong they work great and are very non stick but the non stick always starts to flake off and im sure its probably ending up inside my digestive system and probably not very healthy - i bought this pot hoping the non stick wont flake off over time since they claim you can use metal utensils on them too but i usually use plastic - i dont like regular stainless steel i know most good cooks love them but i never had any i liked these look like nice stainless pots but they are non stick which in my opinion are the only pans worth having - so far ive scraped the crap out of it with a metal wisk and it sounded awful but didnt seem to do any damage - if a year from now this pot is still looking new ill break down and buy an entire set but this is my test pot

Greater than one weekYes, it is a little pricey, but you get what you pay for! The Hexclad is the best (and last) brand I will ever own.

> 3 dayThis is a heavy-duty pan with a glass lid and a unique nonstick coating. I’m serious that it’ll last as long as I do!
