Wheels are excellent and make for smooth travel while the bag is small enough to stow aboard the plane. Perfect if youre travelling light too. Theres no dents or scratches from my 22 hours of flight either. Not yet :)

Bought this in Aug for my Oct trip. Took my flight and now I have no luggage to get home. The large bag I unzipped for the 3rd time to get something out of it and zipped back up, pulls came off tracks and zipper cannot be fully closed nor can I open it back up. I’m going to have to pull the opening apart to get to my stuff. I’m out all this money for crap bags that I thought would be good quality. It’s my first 360 roller bag too and really doesn’t work well on any airport carpet so I had to drag two bags behind me and wear my backpack vs being able to slip onto handle. I’m REALLY not happy!

Wheels didn’t make it through first flight. Heritage sign popped out and now there is a hole in it’s place.

Got this for my 10 and 7 year old sons. They managed their own luggage through the airport. They glided effortlessly. It held a weeks worth of clothes and shoes for them. Worked out great!

Big scuff mark/dent in the side as soon as I opened it :(

Updated: Reached out to companys customer service which was easy enough to find with a google search. They were easy to work with and prompt. They have replaced the bag and the new version arrived today. No idea if the zippers will hold up better so I am keeping rating the same. But they definitely earn points for great customer service. To get new bag, all I needed to do was provide proof of issue and purchase - easily done with a screen shot of my order info and pictures of the bag itself.

Bought for a Christmas gift for my boyfriend and it’s the perfect carry on size m. We used for delta and had zero issues.

When purchasing this bag I was a little nervous because all of the reviews said the wheels were bad. This bag is great for a Carry on Luggage on the plane. I wouldnt recommend it as a checked bag because the shell looks like it will easily break also the zipper is a little rugged and seems like it will break easy since the zipper doesnt extend. Overall it did its job as a carry on I just had to be really careful with the wheels and when zipping it open and closed.
