I wanr my money back. I onley uses the suitcase onze to go home to Holland. Broke down . now the front wheels are not working anymore. Hoe do I get my money back???

As you can see not strong enough . I want to know if the warranty will replaced ? But it is not information !!!!

I went on four trips between April and June and on the fourth trip the wheel has broken. It’s of very poor quality. I used it as a carry-on so it did not go on the plane. I went to Italy which requires a lot of travel on trains and walking distances and it finally gave in and broke. Very disappointed with the quality. Can I get a refund it’s been less than 90 days.

It is a reasonable price and hope the quality is good .

Lightweight, spacious but very fragile. Attached images show the condition upon delivery. No damage found on the outer box. This has got to be how it was sitting in the Amazon warehouse. It’s embarrassing. The dent and tears, one around the dent and another straight line on the body, which is a long tear. On the other side of the dent, I can see marks around the corner where it is damaged and will break soon.

Brought this because I travel a lot and carrying a backpack hurts my back so I was kind of excited to use this. I got to the airport and immediately felt like the wheels were not rolling properly. Flipped the luggage to see that one of the back wheels has literally nothing but half the wheel only. So disappointed and honestly ruined the trip. Its annoying dragging a luggage behind with only half the wheel.
