The luggage is beautiful but the seller is absolutely fantastic.

I ordered a carry-on, in dark green. Its very light-weight, compared to my old one. The handle is easy to pull out and is very sturdy (I havent tested this in a real trip yet but the way it holds seems quite well-built to me). The spinners work great! Overall, I think this is a great product. Also, the customer service is superb! I decided to return the piece because The style isnt quite my style. I was contacted by the company with an offer to pay for the return fee, which was beyond my expectations! I will buy from this company again!

My wife love them light weight

These got beat up with one trip to Mexico. They are lightweight, which is wonderful, but the drawback is that they are rather flimsy: Already, there is an uneven meeting between the top and the bottom, so when you try to zip them you have to be sure to keep the two halves in alignment.

I gave these to my daughter for Christmas and just borrowed the 28” for a trip to Cancun. I was surprised at how light weight it was. Aside from some luggage belt rubs, it rocks. Now I need to buy myself a set. You won’t be disappointed.

Great tough luggage

This is an initial review I may edit later. These bags look really nice but there are 2 main concerns. First, this is the first set of bags I have ever purchased that do not come with luggage tags. Thats a surprise, so youll have to find tags if you want them. Second, they feel really flimsy, I do not believe they will hold up. We are getting ready to go to Italy so we will see how they survive the baggage handlers and carousels. Im honestly not expecting them to survive but well see.

First time buying a set. I like the construction although it seems a bit light. So far it has survived a cross-country venture without any problem. Yes it scratches like all luggage does, due to the man-handling it must endure. It is room with storage/organization in mind. The wheels glide effortlessly making it a breeze to haul it.
