> 3 daySurface scratches way too easy and the build quality feels very flimsy. Not sure why they would decide to make these in a high gloss finish that would get beat up and scratched so easy. Seems like a very bad design and build choice.

I was very skeptical at first about buying this from a third party seller. Ive head some horror stories about third party sellers. But this company have surpassed my expectations. They are very professional, helpful, knowledgeable & punctual when you have a question. If I could give 10 stars I would.

> 3 dayThe suitcases look attractive and seemed functional the first six or eight months. But the wheels have begun to bend under meaning that the suitcase will not roll if it has more than 20 or 30 lbs in it. This is terribly frustrating because it is a wheelie suitcase.
