I didnt know what to believe - could something this simple make a difference in my gum health? Ive suffered from poor gums my entire life (lots of bleeding, lots of gum work) but this is a game changer. I use it before brushing and wow - I can literally feel my lose teeth tightening in - healthy. I have never been more skeptical only to be proven wrong. I will continue this regiment b/c I believe its amazing.

I got this because I started oil pulling with coconut oil but hated the texture of the coconut oil before it became a soild. This gets the job done but tastes so gross. I thought it would taste better than the coconut oil cuz it has mint but noppppeeee

I actually think its working. Smells okay, not a bad taste. Its just a familiar taste from the past. Not sure what that can be? I would recommend it.

Great for the flight attendant on the go. Has great essential oils added for flavor. Like how easy it is to transport on my overnights

The little goodie bag of stuff that came with it was nice, but I really dont know if I can get myself to use it again. Its a texture thing; maybe I didnt shake it enough? And it tasted horrible and I... yeah I dont think Im gonna use it again. Not for me.

The three GuruNanda oil pulling arrived safely, and they came inside a lovely box with some freebies inside. When I tried the pulling oil, I noticed a different taste than the previous one I used. The taste is mintier, and it leaves ur mouth refreshed.

I have tried many oil pulling formulas and this is by far the best there is. Nice flavor and ingredients make it easy to commit to 10 minutes or more a day. The company also has the BEST toothbrushes ever! They sent them free with my order of triple bottles. Plus tongue cleaners and a pack of floss sticks. Excellent company to deal with. If you are new to oil pulling or just starting to save your teeth and gums I highly recommend this brand!
