Have been using it for a few weeks but havent been doing it everyday due to not wanting to run out of it. Love the way it make my mouth feel clean. Also use the whitening mouthwash.

I actually think its working. Smells okay, not a bad taste. Its just a familiar taste from the past. Not sure what that can be? I would recommend it.

I’ve tried plain old coconut oil, sesame oil, MCT oil, and tried mixing them with various herbal concoctions for oil pulling. While I know it’s good for me, the taste/texture can require a daily dose of will power. This formula makes it much more pleasant, which translates into much more likely to get used. Bonus toothbrush and tongue scraper is a nice touch. Too soon to tell about whitening.

Really good product that works if you are consistent

I have tried many oil pulling formulas and this is by far the best there is. Nice flavor and ingredients make it easy to commit to 10 minutes or more a day. The company also has the BEST toothbrushes ever! They sent them free with my order of triple bottles. Plus tongue cleaners and a pack of floss sticks. Excellent company to deal with. If you are new to oil pulling or just starting to save your teeth and gums I highly recommend this brand!

5 stars!! I dont have great teeth/gum health and wanted a routine that would bring some improvement. Ive tried oil pulling with straight coconut oil and couldnt handle the taste and texture. This one is excellent because its smooth and has the minty flavoring. I notice a huge difference when I oil pull before brushing/flossing. It breaks everything down and Im able to brush/floss everything easier than when I dont oil pull beforehand. I also use the gurunanda concentrated mouthwash in a waterflosser and I think pairing these steps together have transformed my dental health.

I’ve been hearing about GuruNanda’s oil for a few months but all the Walmart’s around me are always sold out. So I decided to just go ahead and order from here since you get 3 the 3 pack with tongue scraper. We’ll it arrived quickly and packaged beautifully with 3 toothbrushes and toothpicks scrappers and even a little travel pouch wasn’t expecting that so it was a nice surprise. The oil is very minty and feels great my mouth definitely feels healthier since I’ve been using it. Will definitely order again.
