This tape is great. Its thick but not too thick. Works great with my tape dispenser-gun and doesnt tear down the middle like some other brands do. The price is great. Cant even beat it at a wholesale store like sams or costco. The amount you get is even more than you find in big box stores as well. Get it, You wont regret it. :)

Though this tape is really, really strong in adhesion, it really stinks. It sets my asthma off. I keep it outside until I am ready to use a roll. I still use it as it does a great job, better than --- you know who, in sticking to the box. It is easy enough to pull the tape off the roll but my scissors always gets stuck. In fact, some of the glue sticks to my scissors and I have to clean it off with glue removing cleaning solution. I do not use one of those packing tape dispensers, knowing how lesser adhesive tapes stick on it when trying to use it, I can imagine how much of a problem I would have using one of these rolls, so my scissors are the best. It also has enough on one roll, so far, to package and ship out 8 big boxes, and I am not done yet and neither is the first roll, and I double and triple tape on all four openings (both sides, top and bottom), as I see how boxes look when they get to me. Still, it is well worth the money and using my inhaler to continue using. I would give it a 5 rating if it werent for the bad smell. I would recommend it to anyone who does not have allergy/asthma problems, and caution those who do. But if you are tired of cheaply made shipping tape then this is the right one for you.

Good packaging tape. Adheres well, I would recommend overlapping the tape onto itself when using it on boxes to ensure adhesion during shipping. I always do that with all tape to be on the safe side because I do not know what happens after the package leaves my hands. I feel that it is a good value for the money. The only thing is it does have a bit of a smell, but not that bad to where it is a lasting affect after it is applied.

Let me just say I never thought I’d have a tape preference!!! This tape is nice and thick. It doesn’t yellow. I’ve used it with a variety of dispensers. I have no complaints.

So, for the most part, I would love to give this tape 5 stars, because it works great and is priced well. However, the chemical smell that comes off of this tape is so overwhelming, after boxing up about 15-20 boxes for my etsy shop, I cant stay in the same room until it airs out. It is really bad. If you are in a vented or very large space, it wouldnt be a problem and I would recommend it highly. If you have a small office to run an etsy business, or something along those lines, think very carefully about how much you are bothered by chemical smells. They normally dont bother me that much, but this is just overwhelming.

Value was great.. tape was great.. but shipping in a poly bag , not so great.. tape came loose during shipping and alittle smashed

Hi ship hatching eggs all over the United States. I expect a tape to not shred or tear when using off of the tape gun dispenser. I expect a lot from my tape, this tape is amazing! It is thick, it is strong, it sticks, it pulls easily off of the role and does not shred apart. I truly recommend this tape.

I purchased this tape for my packing of a 3 bedroom apartment! The quality of this tape is EXCELLENT! The adhesion is wonderful and was easy to use. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this product to anyone who’s packing for a move!

The original Scotch would be a better choice unless you need a really thick tape! Hard to get off of the roll!
