GRAVE BEFORE SHAVE™ Gentlemens Blend Beard Pack (Bourbon/Sandal wood Scent)

Not much of a scent ! May as well have been odorless ! It works for its intended purpose !

I bought this kit as a friends recommendation when first starting to grow a beard. PROs: (1) Mild and enjoyable scent. Balm and oil smell identical. Has a vanilla smell. (2) Cool little extras not expected but included (Im a sucker for free stickers). (3) Enough product that I feel like I really got my moneys worth because its made with essential oils which are very expensive, quality ingredients. (4) The design on the can is really cool. CONs: (1) My biggest frustration is that the lid for the BALM tin can be VERY difficult to take off. (2) Oil dropper bottle can be messy if youre not very careful. WOULD ABSOLUTELY BUY AGAIN

This is my first with using oil and a balm. Having the same scent, it was a gamble. Ive never used their products. The balm is firm, but melts quickly. The oil softens the beard nicely, prior to balm application. The scent is truly the best feature.

First off, I gotta address this scent. It is one of the best and most relaxing and clean scents Ive ever smelled. Its like you just got a straight razor shave while shooting the sh*t with the boys in the shop. A very nice vanilla with a hint of spice, slight hint of powder and slight woody scent. The oil leaves your beard feeling wonderful and clean. The balm then smoothes the beard and give a light hold. I will definitely be buying this as my regular oil and balm. Fantastic quality!
