Greater than one weekWhat an amazing piece of tech! I looked around for a bit before getting a “work” pc and knew I needed something that wouldn’t take my entire desk. I landed on this one after my brother law gave great feedback on his. He was right my time working on this beast has been extremely smooth and I even was able to play some games which was amazing. I don’t have anything negative to say as I am blown at the performance of this small but mighty tech beast. A+++

> 3 dayI got this mini powerhouse for my husband and he loves it for his home office, it came with windows 11 and easy to set up, it’s surprisingly great at editing videos in 1080p and 4K, he can also play android games on the highest setting from both 32 and 64bit games, we also use it to connect our projector and watch movies for fun. Overall it’s a very nice product and we enjoyed it a lot

> 3 dayI bought this as a replacement for my old Win7 mini-pc because it didnt have the TPM chip and couldnt upgrade. I received the Mini IT8 within 4 days using regular free shipping (not prime). I swapped out my old mini-pc without a problem. So far, it is working fine without any problems. The documentation amounts to a flyer and not helpful. However, there is a lot of info regarding the Mini IT8 on Google. It did require effort to enable Wake-on-LAN but Google and responsive email support was very helpful. For reference, I am a retired software engineer of 35 years, and use it for occasional photoshop and ms office. No gaming. All in all, a good experience.

Greater than one weekThis is my first mini PC and I am very happy with my purchase. I needed something small that mainly would allow me to carry it on the go and connect to my work virtual desktop and also allow me to display across 3 monitors. This IT8 does the job and more (the carrying bag is a nice touch). It has all of the port options that I need and use, especially USB-C ports, of which one I use for my hub which has my mouse and keyboard connections. It is very quiet; I expected it to be pretty loud when the fan kicks in while multitasking but the noise is hardly noticable unless you get very close to it. It takes up very little space on my desk compared to my HP laptop which is what I had used before. It starts up pretty quick and I havent had any issues with applications taking a long time to load. Im more than satisfied with the processor, RAM and SSD and dont foresee any issue with performance with how heavy Ive been using the PC (note: I have the i5-8279U, 16GB RAM, 512GB PCIe SSD model). I was a little bit concerned when I did not hear any audio after initially starting it up but as soon as I connected my headphones, I heard the audio. I will likely pair this with a mini bluetooth speaker for audio which will work for me.

> 3 dayIt worked good and it is fast to start. But it freezes up once in a while. Once it had different colors on the screen and this time it would just roll real fast. I cant return because I threw the box away. Only had a couple weeks now. It has been working good except when I go away from the computer for a while after the screen saver it blanks the screen and it is hard to get the screen on again. I usually have to shut it off and restart it. Other than that it is a really good computer.

Greater than one weekI replaced a HP all in one desktop pc with this mini pc. Bought a 32” curved monitor, mounted the Geekom Mini IT8 pc to the back of it. The configuration is space saving and clean looking. The only negative thing about this mini pc is the fact that the USB 3.0 ports are in short supply, there are only 3, but easily remedied with a USB 3.0 four port strip. Overall, very satisfied with this purchase.

> 3 dayI love this little computer. I like an uncluttered work station and this fits right into my needs. It is super fast and a very easy setup. It truly is plug and play. I have found no need to upgrade components but if needed you can do it very easily. If you are looking for a neat little, fast computer this guy is for you.

> 3 dayMy 79-year-old mother wanted the power of a desktop in a smaller package with simple controls that she could manage. Decided to try this Geekom mini-pc which has turned out to be incredibly quiet, fast, and with no weirdness so far. The graphics is integrated (built into the processor) so it will not match a discrete GPU from the likes of Nvidia or AMD, but I have it sending out the display to a 50 inch HDMI Sony TV (which is easier on my mothers eyes) with no problems. This mini-pc also comes preloaded with both Windows 11 and Ubuntu (the easiest and most user friendly of the LInux distros). Since my mother was already familiar with Windows 7 and 10, I set up the Windows 11 installation for her (I made icons on the desktop for Windows Update for example and some other commonly needed tools and programs, like Google Chrome) and did not introduce Ubuntu to her. One thing I really like about this mini-pc is that is has ZERO bloatware on it. There is no intrusive anti-virus that tries to monitor all the subsystems of the OS, and so on. That said, if you are setting this up for an older (or much younger) person, ... you will need to install several programs to bring the Windows install up to full speed (programs like Z-Zip, Zoom, Skype, Steam, VLC Media Player, etc ....). I used Ninite for this and installed about 30 popular programs all at once and with a nice one touch icon that updates them every day (if needed). The only downside to this little gem is the four USB 3.0 ports, two in front and two in the back. If you need to plug in eight different devices, you will have to use a splitter. Other than that, and I give this unit five stars so far.

> 3 dayI had some issues with the usb c port and had some questions to their customer rep, but he/she was not very helpful in answering my questions. Ports work find until I was trying to connect it with a docking station.
