My Mini IT8 was great when it arrived. Nice packaging, easy to set up. Sadly, about a week after I set it up and first turned it on, I was playing an MP3 music list, and about 20 minutes after I started playing it, the Mini IT8 just crashed, and then automatically rebooted. It worked for about another 10 minutes, and then crashed and rebooted again. Then it worked for a couple minutes, crashed and rebooted. This cycle repeated 5 or 6 more times until the PC started crashing only seconds after it rebooted.

This computer replaced an aging computer I had built for X-Plane and MS flight Similiter (It is in the family room with a larger screen, yoo hoo!). Windows 11 was preinstalled and best of all it had no bloatware. Bloatware was why I have built my own computers for the past 12 years. The fan is no lauder than any laptop I have ever used. Stategic placement of the computer would probably mitigate the noise from the fan if you are all that sensitive to the noise.. It does not bother me. The portability will make it the go to computer for my RV. All I have to do is plug it into my television and I have a screen better than any laptop.

It is perfect for an Office.

This mini pc is super cute and cool. Iam very happy with my purchase. I needed something small that mainly would allow me to carry it and fits in small space.

Alright... This is my 2nd purchase. I bought the first one for my brother. And, I set everything up for him. The first thing I did after completely setting it up was time the startup, restart and shut down. I was amazed. But, he uses it sparingly. So, I figured what the heck... Id buy one for my girlfriend as a Xmas present. Set it up with everything she would need. She uses it for work and school every day. It works flawlessly. The speed is still there. Ive done 3 way remotes using this unit with other peoples pcs and there is no lag! Remarkable bootup time still. I will be picking up a 3rd and a 4th later this year. Im currently using an HP Desktop SSD with 3 monitors. The lag on the HP can be frustrating. Still takes almost 2 minutes to bootup. The 4th Mini Geekom IT8 will be the HPs replacement without a doubt. BTW, I found no bloatware on either of the 2 I bought. And, the space saved is a bonus!!!!! I think this is the only the 2nd or 3rd review I have actually ever given on Amazon in over 5yrs.

This mini pc is a MUST BUY!! It is so convenient and space saving. The computer is not only mini - but it also mounts to the back of most monitors so you never actually see it! In addition you can hide wires, USB dongles, etc. This computer is fast too! In the box you get an HDMI cord (mini). The computer is easy plug and play - couldnt have asked for a better solution. It has been a couple months and the computer is very reliable as well.

THis is the best computer Ive owned over the years. Cant go wrong purchasing the Geekom mini

Perfect for the home office. Solid device

I had a problem with the first unit with the HDMI port. I quit working. I got ahold of tech support and they had me send the unit back and sent me a new one which now works like it is supposed to.
