Nice big face, easy to read. I can charge it once a day while I am in the shower and it keeps it charged enough that I can wear it normally. I got this for SPO2 monitoring. When Im sitting up it seems to match the finger monitor

I searched and searched through all the Garmin running watches and kept coming back to the 245. I have had it for about a month now and have been super happy with the watch. I run about 30 to 40 miles per week and it replaced my beloved 620 that I had for 6+ years. I got the music feature but have yet to use that. I was concerned that I might not be able to see the numbers on the watch while running given the black background and my terrible vision but it has been no problem at all. I thought long and hard about the Fenix 6S but I really only wanted a running / multi sport watch which this provides. Also, I like the HR monitor on my wrist a lot. I have not checked for accuracy but frankly that doesn’t matter to me so long as it is consistently measuring my HR from run to run which it seems to do with great precision.
