The watch froze withing one hour of starting up. Before that it could not be connected to WiFi, despite several tries.

It sometimes about a dozen attempts to sync it with PC, you have to remove and reinstall and fiddle with it forever to sync. Garmin, get the software right!!!! Otherwise it would be a good watch, just the frustration of dealing with incompetent software on the PC.

I searched and searched through all the Garmin running watches and kept coming back to the 245. I have had it for about a month now and have been super happy with the watch. I run about 30 to 40 miles per week and it replaced my beloved 620 that I had for 6+ years. I got the music feature but have yet to use that. I was concerned that I might not be able to see the numbers on the watch while running given the black background and my terrible vision but it has been no problem at all. I thought long and hard about the Fenix 6S but I really only wanted a running / multi sport watch which this provides. Also, I like the HR monitor on my wrist a lot. I have not checked for accuracy but frankly that doesn’t matter to me so long as it is consistently measuring my HR from run to run which it seems to do with great precision.

Livré le lendemain avec Prime. Javais auparavant une Tom Tom. Je trouve donc la Garmin un peu moins instinctif dans lutilisation des boutons, cependant une fois saisie, sutiliser relativement bien. Je nai pas encore testé la musique. Info pertinente synchronisé sur lappli Garmin Connect.

The Item was sold by Southeast Trade and fulfilled by Amazon. I received a Garmin Forerunner 245 box with only a user manual and a charging cable inside. The watch was missing. The Garmin watch box was clearly opened and was not sealed. The item was described as New during purchase.

I brought this watch as a gift for my bothers birthday he has opened it today and the box is empty with the exception of the booklets, not watch!!

At first I didnt like it. Coming from a touch screen smart watch it seemed like an expensive downgrade. Then I watched some YouTube videos and once I understood how it worked I was blown away with the features. Running without a phone and still having Spotify play in my earbuds is incredible. Garmin syncs with MyFitnessPal and Nike Run club which I had used independently, but the Garmin app on its own really can replace those. The adaptive coach for running is a great feature. This watch has so many things I didnt know I wanted but am in love with. At first I wished it was touch screen and the picture were sharper, but for function purposes this thing is great. Watch YouTube videos on tips & tricks thats really what changed this from a refund to a 5*
