> 24 hourThis stuff is really cool to play with, but BE WARNED...if you spill it it’s hard to clean. Tiny pieces will cause scuff marks when stepped on, it will stick everywhere. My son unfortunately spilled the vial while trying to put it away. But otherwise this stuff is really cool and I do recommend it. The loss of 1 star is only because it really needs to be emphasized about clean up.

> 24 hourThis stuff is SO MESSY! We’ve been cleaning it off every surface in the house since my son got it. Walls, the deck, the sink, clothes, arms, legs, face, hair. It’s a total pain in the a$$. It’s cool otherwise but skip the 2 minutes of “wow this is neat” for the hours and hours cleaning up messes and ruined clothes. Dropped a few flecks on my toe this morning and check my pic for the result.

> 24 hourIt was fun to play with. Took me forever to figure out how to melt it. Also leaves black stuff on hands but thats normal and comes off super easy

> 24 hourFor all the people leaving 1 star reviews because your kids made a mess. This is not an issue with the product but an issue with your expectations and knowing nothing about the the element. Dont buy some random element your kid saw an experiment with without researching it. Furthermore you should be supervising use. 1 star parenting.

> 24 hourI used this for several science lessons for my 7 year old during COVID lockdown. Not only is it fun lots of things you can teach with.

> 24 hourSeems to be very pure. It was pure silver in color when I first started playing with it but has developed a matte coating over time. Its probably normal oxidation but I cant say for sure. Its a fun demonstration tool when discussing melting points and physical elemental states.
