> 3 dayPersonally I dont see why people are buying 50 grams of gallium for their 10 year old kids and then complaining when it makes a mess. Yes welcome to chemisty. Its not a toy. Absoulty fantastic product. As far as I can tell it is atleast 99 percent pure as stated. Also to the one guy who had trouble getting it to become solid again in the reviews. You need to introduce a solid gallium crystal to it to solidify it. Next time save a small peice to not melt down and then add it back to the gallium when you want to re solidify it.

> 3 dayWhen you first get it, and it is in the tube, your best bet is to set the tube in some hot water, as it will take awhile for the thick cylinder of gallium to melt. But, then you can pour it out and play with it. It is messy, and will stain pretty much anything it touches. So, be careful where you play with it. You can use the syringe to pick up the liquid. What we did was to have a container of cold water ready, when we were finished playing with the liquid gallium. Place the liquid gallium right into the cold water, and it will re-solidify. Then, you can just pick it up, and put it wherever you want to store it. Once you have thinner pieces of gallium, it is pretty easy to melt it in your hand.

> 3 dayImagine if this product was for sand, all these folks saying its a mess like the product is bad. The product is great, its proper gallium and the quality is quite pure - end of argument. If youre rating 1 star on an elemental material because its messy, you should have a better understanding of what youre buying. It does exactly what its supposed to for a great price, this is exactly what 5 stars are for. I bought sand, got everywhere, 0/5 my user error will now dictate the success of a product because I dont understand elements.

> 3 dayGallium came in a tube and it was in its solid form. when we warmed it up it liquefied. After we poured into a mold it would not solidify, even after we put it into the fridge. :(
