Fortex Feeder Pan for Dogs/Cats and Horses, 4-Quart

I bought this for one of my community cat colonies. (They are all TNRd=trap, neuter, returned). I was using metal bowls because plastic can give them acne plus the plastic ends of breaking during the bitter temps. This bowl is very large, can hold almost a gallon of water. It is unbreakable and flexible. We have had several days of temps in the teens and the water never fully froze, enough liquid water was available in the bowl for my cats to still be able to drink. I make sure that it is placed in full sunlight. It did have a strong rubbery odor at first but it didnt seem to bother my cats. Good purchase, but I wish it was less expensive. I will be buying another for one of my other colonies.

To remove the weird rubber smell I sprayed it with vinegar, let it sit, then washed it in the dishwasher twice. This seems very well made and I plan to buy more.

The crazy critters on my ranch love the bowls. So far they are holding up very well.

Work great but dog easily tore one up

I use to feed my goats out of and there great. Could of went to my local feed store and got them a little cheaper but for the few pennies I would of saved I would of spent the same in gas and a cold drink lol great product. Got delivered on time. Overall I give it a 10 out of 10

Used to have all types of problems with my hens tipping over their feeding trays. This bowl is flexible and heavy enough that the hens don’t tip it over…. Less food waste

I can’t recommend them enough because they are almost indestructible
