I like the Volt Alert. It saved me a lot of time finding which wall outlets were on a circuit breaker that keeps kicking.

Fluke makes great stuff. Ive used a number of their meters for work, and have had no complaints. Like the title says, I use mine for home and auto troubleshooting use and its more meter than I really need. But after my other, cheaper meter crapped out I decided to go ahead and upgrade. No regrets so far, the leads are higher quality than cheap-o meters, and the back-light, hold, and auto-off functions are great to have. If you do decide to step up to a Fluke, it should serve you for years to come.

This meter works great, especially with the magnetic hanger attachment. I work on equipment with voltages up 500 volts ac. Seems to be very accurate and has helped me trouble shoot lots of controllers, motors, relays, fuses, switches and other components. I like being able to slide the control dial with my thumb on the side. Fits great in my Tech MCT toolbag.

Its not like the older fluke. Display hard to read unless look at it straight on. Other than that it a nice metter
