This is a required accessory for a Apple TV remote. It not only protects but also orients the remote so that you don’t inadvertently change the programming when grabbing the Apple TV remote by the wrong end! Great price too!

Protects remote, easier to find remote

I was always losing the remote in the room, either by sinking between couch cushions are forgetting where I placed it. The cover makes it more difficult for the remote to slide between cushions and the color makes it easier to spot from across the room. I find it also helps me tell the difference between the bottom and the touch sensor by feel rather than having to look down every time.

Protects our remote

The material is soft and pliable, it fits the remote perfectly. I chose a red color that makes the remote easy to find. I was afraid that the remote would break if it was dropped, but I believe this case will do a good job preventing that from happening.
