The new Apple TV screen is glass. Very sensitive to breakage so I got this to protect my replacement Apple TV remote. Red makes it easy to find in a large gathering room

I was always losing the remote in the room, either by sinking between couch cushions are forgetting where I placed it. The cover makes it more difficult for the remote to slide between cushions and the color makes it easier to spot from across the room. I find it also helps me tell the difference between the bottom and the touch sensor by feel rather than having to look down every time.
