The filter is not 24x20 it is 24.3 inches which is enough larger that it did not fit. TERRIBLE

My husband thinks they work the best......as good as more expensive filters.

Larger than 14x30x1 - doesn’t fit in unit.

Product worked as promised. Delivered quickly and packed well. Will order again when out of filters. It is a great product and keeps my allergies at bay. Be sure and buy the Ultimate Allergen Reduction Filters if you suffer from allergies, especially during the night when mine are the most pronounced.
