Exo Terra Terrarium Lock

I had this product on an Exo Terra cage for several months. It worked great to keep my toddler out of the cage. One day it just fall apart scattering its innards all around. Disappointed in the quality of the construction.

once my daughter figured out she can open the latch by herself we had to get these. works great easy to set up . no more missing snakes.

Fits perfect and easy to use to keep our lizards cage locked up(required to become foster certified in our state)

We use these on multiple cages and have no complaints. They work fantastic on our Ferret Nation Brand Cage as if they were made specifically for them as well.

another great item from exo terra, this item is perfect for those with have kids and there kids always want to play with the pet that cant be touched (chameleons)

i like it it looks nice with my terra set up and the locking mechanism is a 3 digit code i leave it on the preset code of 000 because i have no kids in the house and my snake cant get out anyway with the way the terrarium locks but it does look nice

Im not sure if this was just a defective lock or if it truly was as terrible as it seemed. I never got it to work properly, the lock would open on any number combination and sometimes it wouldnt even latch closed.

Perfect for securing my exoterra, ordered three and all came in perfect working order.

Sub par quality, youre paying mainly for the exo terra logo on the lock to match the terrarium. Any tsa luggage lock works as well, if not better for half the price.
