Exo Terra Screen Cover for Hinged Door, 20 to 29-Gallon

So my review is strictly based off the fact that the product does as its supposed to do and is really good quality for the price. The reason Im currently not using it and is in storage is because I bought this lid for a baby snake that I was housing and theres a huge space in between the hinges where the door folds upward. So this would be great for something like a leopard gecko or a bearded dragon or even a full-grown snake that wouldnt be able to fit through it but if youre planning to get this for any kind of small colubrid expecially then I would go with something else

Had to upgrade the turtle tank because shes growing. I only have to lift one side of the cover at a time for maintenance or feeding, eliminating the need to completely take it off and find a place to set it.

Bought for a 20 gal-long with African Dwarf Frogs. Fits well, loves that it splits in the middle and I dont have to take the entire top off for feeding.

I bought this for a 29 gallon tank that both my cats are determined to sit on. I was worried theyd break the hood with the light. This fits perfectly (roughly 30 1/4 x 12 3/4 tank dimensions). Very well built. The metal screening is solid but easy to make cutouts. I put the hood with lights on top of this and made small cutouts for the filter tubing and to feed, etc. Perfect for my needs. The middle joint adds additional strength which is great.

I have a 12 and 1/4 by 30 inch tank and even though the description says 12X30 inch it fit perfectly. love the hinge idea in the middle, makes clean up a lot easier, plus it is just the right weight, keeps the critters where they are suppose to be. I highly recommend this one if you looking for a screen lid for your critter tank.
